Return & Exchange Process

STEP ONE

Contact our customer service team on email at info@revereshoes.com.sg or our live chat to organise a return or exchange*. 

STEP TWO

Repackage your merchandise in its original packaging and place the shoe box(es).

STEP THREE

Once this is done, please contact our warehouse manager at  9386 4138, who will pick up your parcel. As soon as we receive your parcel your return will typically be processed within 5 working days. (Times may vary during promotional periods). 

*Items must be in a fully resalable condition.

*Revere will only allow one return or exchange per order number.
